This Land is My Land, It Is Not Your Land

America at 250 faces its worst enemy: our own good-natured generosity.

Happy Independence Day, America!

We made it to 250.

Famously, this is the exact number of years former British General John Glubb declared was the lifespan of all great empires.

Once you hit 250, get ready to pack your bags!

His numbers are of course debated and perhaps facile, but yes, great empires, no matter how great, all eventually fall. There are wars, plagues, barbarians, conquest, and as Kenneth Clark said in his documentary Civilisation on why Rome fell, for example, some empires are simply “exhausted.”

Decadence leads to decline, etc. etc.

Are we entering Stage 7, terminal collapse? Or are we at the start of a new Golden Age, where Americans are finally waking up to the cold reality that they do indeed need to fight to keep their Republic from falling?

One only has to look at our former overlords, the great and mighty British Empire, to see into our potential bleak future.

The UK today is as poor as Mississippi, the United States’ poorest state! It has a per capita income of $31,000 a year. The UK’s per capita average income is $33,000.

The lesson: no matter how much you love your country, you can’t keep your country—without a fight.

Why Did Britain Fall?

Seems reasonable to argue that the reason large swaths of the UK have been abandoned to third-world unassimilated hordes who hate it is two-fold:

1. Post-colonial white guilt opened the borders to formerly “oppressed” people.

2. Leadership that hates native-born working class English citizenry and wishes to replace it out of aesthetic disgust and cultural superiority. In other words, British leaders aren’t just overly generous and kind to the world’s huddled masses: they are actively conspiring to wipe out lower classes who are too white, too crude, and too, well, English, for their refined tastes.

This same dynamic is now playing out here, and we are only at the very beginning of it.

A Lesson for Patriots

Just look at the Marxists, Socialists, and America haters flanking Zohran Mamdani, America’s Mayor, in the above photo. Those are newly naturalized American citizens. They don’t look too happy about it. Why are they here if its such a terrible place, as Mamdani made clear in his speech (delivered from George Washington’s desk?! A slave holder?!)

Look at their faces. Grim, accusatory. How dare you be American. How dare you oppress them with your stubborn Americanness. They hate you and want you dead.

Would it be too much to ask that we start naturalizing people that are slightly more attractive and not obese? How are we supposed to boost the crashing fertility rate with arrivals who are sad sacks like this?

“NYC Mayor Zohran Mamdani used America’s 250th anniversary to sharply criticize the country, accusing the U.S. of allowing children to go hungry while billionaires and oligarchs gain more power. He said America’s wealth was built by working people with “calloused, dirt-streaked hands" while accusing the country of allowing the wealth built by workers to be concentrated in “the soft hands of a precious few.”

You know who built this country?

My great grandparents. My grandparents. My parents. Me. My husband. Zero welfare. Zero food stamps. Zero help. Fought the wars. Built the businesses. Risked their lives curing the sick, even during the Spanish Flu epidemic. Raised good kids.

No one went to jail. No one became a criminal. No thieves, no scammers, no murderers.

Patriots all.

It’s time to re-declare our independence. This time, from the next wave of foreign interference that seeks to, yet again, suppress that which makes us American. Last time, we fought a monarchy who wanted to rule us. This time, we face a group of mediocrities who want to use our generous immigration laws and kind-hearted spirit against us.

Loving your country means protecting it. The Mamdani-DSA cancer is spreading, in every blue city. But there is a cure!

Declare America your country. Do not praise it and then launch into a rant on all its mistakes. Refuse to give the America-haters an inch. Double down on fullblown, glorious, gorgeous patriotism. They could never, in their pitiful, bitter hearts, understand.

And most importantly: have more Americans. Mrs. Mamdani is unlikely to have any kids. These people don’t believe in having kids: only in getting their claws into yours, so they can twist their minds against you.

The Right is already outbreeding the left. Look at this, and take heart!

Americans, start your fertility engines.

For every child of theirs they groom to hate you, have two children you teach to cherish their American heritage.

Do this, and who knows? Perhaps we may yet avoid Formerly Great Britain’s sad fate.
