Happy September! I’m back at it after a bit of time off, thank you for your patience! This post includes updates and news about things I’m working on: read on!
Natalism Conference: Dec 1 & 2, Austin, TX
If you are in the Austin area or can get there, please come! I will be appearing along with many other friends and fellow warriors in the pro-natalism cause. There may even be a small pre-cocktail event on November 30th for those who aren’t able to attend the full conference. All the details are on the website. I’ve never been to Austin—looking forward to helping keep it weird.
A Few Changes to the Posting Schedule
This Saturday morning (in a few hours!), look for a longer essay to arrive in your inbox. This one will include a long free preview, and then….a paywall. I love posting almost everything here with no paywall but I’m trying some different thing out, so bear with me. I also plan to start posting more regularly—not just essays, but lots of things, including my first solo podcast. Which means paid subscribers will get more content just for them, but there will still be plenty for the frees, I promise.
This is tomorrow’s post:
Book Update
As most of you know, my first book came out this summer. A lot of you read it and sent me lovely comments! Thank you so much for those—such a thrill to know that people are enjoying it. If you haven’t read it yet, feel free to get a copy—or wait until April when the paperback comes out!
And now the question everyone has been asking me: how many copies did you sell? Did you make any money? Are you rich?
The truthful answer: I have no idea! I do know I’m not rich. If being rich was my main goal I probably wouldn’t have become a writer, but I digress.
I do know my publisher ordered a second printing right before it came out, so we’ll see. Keep hope alive! I didn’t get up at 6 AM to go live on AM Drive Time radio in Cheboygan for nothing, did I?
When I get my first sales report, I will be able to answer these questions. I can’t promise I will reveal the exact number, since it may be pitifully low, but I will share how I feel about it, on a scale from crushed to elated.
The Next Book
Sigh. You mean I have to do this again? Like cruising, writing a book is a supposedly fun thing I’ll never do again. (And no, I’ve never been on a cruise).
The next question I get a lot is: what’s your next book about? Regnery has asked me to write another book, which is probably a good sign—but I’m not sure what to write about. I have some ideas, but I haven’t settled on anything. If you’d like to suggest something, please leave a comment below! I need all the help I can get….
Domestic Extremist 2: Electric Boogaloo?
The Squad Does a Pod
Two of my lady friends from Twitter and I decided to collab on a new podcast. We’re calling it Pod of the Valkyries and it’s been a delight. Inez Stepman, Aimee Terese, and I are discussing all manner of news, events, politics, and the culture war. You can check it out on Patreon, where it’s paywalled, but we are trying to figure out how to put it on Apple and Spotify soon!
Here are a few of the podcast logo designs we’re developing. We like the playing card. What’s your fave?
New Writing
I had a new piece in The Federalist yesterday. Here it is if you missed it. It’s about this poor kid:
I agree with this kid but I don’t like adults putting kids on social media like this, on the left or the right. It’s just not something I’d do to my kids, even if they were based memelords like Jaiden. I will pray for him and his mom, and I wish them the best.
Media Appearances
I spent most of June and July doing like three, sometimes four media appearances a day, mostly from home. This is what a modern-day book tour is now. But at the end of it I was exhausted. Tired of waking up early and trying to make myself presentable for the camera. I couldn’t stop singing the lyrics to 13 Beaches by Lana Del Rey:
It took thirteen beaches to find one empty
But finally, it's mine
With drippin' peaches, I'm camera-ready
Almost all the time
I wasn’t ever really camera-ready, no matter how many times I hit the nearest Ulta Beauty. My God, do I love Ulta Beauty. Yes, they used Dylan Mulvaney in an ad but no, I am not going to quit Ulta Beauty. I just can’t, guys.
But after all the media appearances, I never figured out how to put on fake eyelashes myself. Every time I went to the local Fox News studio, the makeup artists just plopped them right on, perfect on the first try. When I try, I glue my eyelids shut and rip out my last remaining lashes. Total disaster.
But oh, it looks so nice. Fake lashes really tie the face together.
Maybe this is the skill I need to master this year.
Along with All the Other Things I Need To Do.
Note: As of now I am going to make another appearance on Trace Gallagher’s 8 PM PT/ 11 PM ET Fox News show next Friday. Check it out!
Someone told me that appearing on (trigger warning) Fox News to promote my book means that Tucker Carlson hates me now and would never, ever consider having me on his show. Imagine thinking Tucker is that bitchy.
Don’t worry, Tucker—I know you get it. A girl’s gotta hawk books, right?
Doxxed at Last!
Yep, I wuz doxxed. And not by some harmless old nobody who saw me on TV. I was doxxed by actual haters! By antifa losers who troll Twitter and look for anons whose lives they want to ruin!
I of course assumed I would be doxxed when I revealed my face, but I also thought no one would actually care. I’m not controversial enough (maybe I should try harder) and nowhere near famous enough. Also, I can’t be cancelled—I already lost my normie corporate job and I’m never going back.
It took them about seven weeks to find me after I went public. I tweeted something in response to some commie troll and they beelined for me. My Dead Name was actually posted on Twitter for all to see! Maybe if you look hard enough you can find it, but honestly, why would you want to?
My doxxers will find, to their dismay, that I am just exactly as I describe myself. I am a married Catholic mother of five (who spend an inordinate amount of time online, yes), and I really do believe with all my heart that becoming domestically extreme was the best life choice I ever made—and one you should probably make, too.
If you could only see my children. Indelibly etched in stone, their existence permanently fixed in the timeline of the universe. They are; one day, they will have been.
And all thanks to my decision to somehow agree to live in a way I didn’t ever see coming.
Anyway, I delivered the block to them haters and moved on.
MERCH STORE IS LIVE!
Finally. I was supposed to launch the merch store in June, but things were too hectic. Check it out and tell me what you think—the apron and the mug are cute, no?
For Labor Day weekend only, use promo code PEACHY and enjoy 10% off your order. Thank you for all your support!!
Back to School
The kids finally go back next week. Please pray for me. This is my last year with all my children at home, before the oldest goes to college. I’m dreading it. But the worst part is going to be the application process. And as we all know but aren’t supposed to talk about, college has gotten harder for some kids to get into.
Thanks for reading, and for your continued support—I am so grateful for it.

I like to mod 60s esque logo, but if you do a card how could it not be the Queen of hearts?
Excited for the podcast! I’m looking forward to all the new content you have planned.
